• Supporting and relieving customer advisors in the administrative processing of business transactions
• Administrative support of customer advisors in conversation preparation
• Processing customer orders and inquiries
• Opening and managing customer relationships
• Co-responsible for the efficient handling of administrative tasks
• Contributing ideas in process management
• Handling dunning procedures in the basic customer area

• Completed banking training or equivalent education with experience in banking
• Experience with Raiffeisen systems is an advantage
• Enjoyment of administrative and independent activities combined with service-oriented actions
• Reliable and precise working style
• Enjoy working in a team
