In this versatile role, you will look after several properties on site and be the first point of contact for our customers. Your tasks include:

• Supervision and monitoring of all technical systems in the building
• Planning and organisation of repair, service, and maintenance work
• Monitoring, accompanying, and checking the work carried out by external service providers
• Supporting projects and optimisations in collaboration with internal and external parties
• Implementing customer orders
• Carrying out minor repair and maintenance work on systems and infrastructure
• Performing gardening and grounds maintenance
• Handling administrative tasks within the scope of your duties

• Completed training as a Facility Management Specialist EFZ or a basic craft training
• Several years of professional experience in building maintenance is an advantage
• Residence in the region
• Independent, structured working style and a high sense of responsibility
• Good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
• Willingness to be on call
• Impeccable reputation with no criminal or debt enforcement records
