Automation Technician with Customer Contact and Technical Support
Activities
- Commissioning of CNC and machine tools at the customer site
- Conducting training sessions for users (hardware and software)
- Troubleshooting as well as maintenance and repair work on site
- Installation of software updates and system adjustments
- Technical support via telephone or remote access
- Travel within Switzerland and Liechtenstein
Requirements
- Basic technical training as an automation technician
- Knowledge of electronics is an advantage
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- Good language skills in English or Italian, ideally French
- Flexibility and enjoyment of customer contact
