Tasks

• You process goods invoices and manage the accounts payable workflow (KWF) in SAP
• You create payment runs and execute them on time
• You handle the processing of Autobank and QR payments and clarify open questions.
• You perform general ledger postings and reconcile various accounts
• You process incoming accounts payable reminders
• You are the contact person for assigned Prodega markets and an important support in posting for subsidiaries
• You correspond with customers via email and telephone

Requirements

• You have completed a commercial basic education
• Ideally, you have further training as a finance and accounting clerk
• French and Italian language skills are an advantage
• You are proficient in MS Office programmes
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• You have a flair for numbers and enjoy customer contact
