Business Support is perceived by our external and internal customers as 
expertise on topics related to facility management. From this, 
the TGM specialist unit examines, analyzes, and advises the respective stakeholders regarding 
building technology. 

For this versatile and exciting role, we are looking for a specialist with a high sense of responsibility and pronounced independence to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your main tasks:

• Central contact person for maintenance
• Consultation on inspection, maintenance, repair, and improvement
• Analysis & development of maintenance strategies
• Support during commissioning & documentation review
• Conducting audits & optimization measures
• Employee training to improve quality
• Review & evaluation of service contracts
• Interface to authorities & official bodies

Your profile:

• Technical basic training in mechanics, electrical engineering, or building technology heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary technology 
• Further education at the level of Federal Certificate, Advanced Federal Diploma, or Advanced Technical College 
• Experience in maintenance or willingness to engage intensively in this field 
• High customer orientation and communication skills 
• Analytical and networked thinking 
• Responsibility and independence 
• Confident handling of Microsoft Office 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form required. Basic knowledge of French or Italian is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Impeccable reputation, willingness to travel within Switzerland
