• Operational and personnel management of the respective teams
• Strategic and professional leadership of social pedagogy
• First escalation level within the teams
• Regular exchange and collaboration with support persons
• Responsible for the application and compliance with official standards. Ensure the application of internal procedures and guidelines
• Work in coordination and partnership with their colleagues and other agencies (internal/external)
• Develop the structures, processes and framework conditions regarding social-pedagogical work further. Ensure integrative work and support of all involved parties. Integrate all necessary specialist services
• Propose improvements to the procedures, processes and tools used. Implement measures in cooperation with the superior authorities
• Carry out regular reporting
• Ensure communication with clients and other authorities. Collaborate with other internal departments

• Tertiary education: Advanced professional examination (HFP, Federal Diploma) or equivalent (Bachelor level)
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in accommodation/care, social work, NGO or similar
• Leadership experience
• Basic and user knowledge of MS Office applications
• Impeccable reputation (no entries in debt enforcement, criminal record and special private extract)
• German | spoken: C1 | written: C1
• English | spoken: B2 | written: B2
