Your area of responsibility
You are the first contact person on the phone and take care of our customers in internal sales
Your main activity includes recording tenders, offers, orders in Sales Force and SAP
You consistently follow up on recorded tenders and offers until the order is received
Once a week (fixed working day) you take over reception in our Zurich showroom and handle the tasks on site
You support the project consultant in acquiring new projects via digital channels
You are in close contact with our field service, project consultants, showroom team, and other internal departments
If necessary, you also support the Limmattal shop
Your profile
Completed vocational training EFZ or commercial/technical basic training – ideally in construction, interior finishing, or design environment
You enjoy learning new things, actively tackle tasks, and keep an overview even in hectic moments
You are team-oriented, service-minded, and look forward to daily customer contact
Experience in internal sales or sales is a plus
You work in a structured and reliable manner
Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce) and SAP is an advantage but not a must
You bring initiative and enjoy versatile tasks between office, telephone, and customer contact.
