These are your tasks:

• You independently process building applications in the notification and regular procedure from preliminary examination to building approval
• You coordinate the necessary applications with external specialist offices
• You competently provide building law information to third parties (residents, architects, etc.) and maintain proactive cooperation with various internal and external offices

This is what you bring: 

• You have completed a technical or commercial basic education, ideally in a public administration
• You are familiar with building law and already have some professional experience in the construction sector
• Ideally, you hold the cantonal specialist certificate "Public Planning and Construction IVM" or an equivalent qualification
• You work independently and very reliably
• You have good German skills both orally and in writing
• You should not be at odds with various software applications (especially MS-365, CMI)
