Relationship Manager - Financing (100%)

Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for acquiring new customers in the credit and investment sector and for building/profitable growth of the existing own customer portfolio in the financing area
• You are accountable for the needs-oriented care and advice of demanding existing and target customers, conduct financing discussions, and ensure a high-quality customer service
• You prepare financing and credit applications for the approving credit authorities
• You ensure ongoing credit risk monitoring and comply with compliance requirements in all customer relationships (KYC documentation, AML, KYC, MIFID, etc.)
• You exploit up-/cross-selling potentials and ensure customer profitability
• You are responsible for documenting all customer activities in the CRM
• You keep yourself continuously informed and further your education to maintain knowledge and skills in an ever-changing environment

Your Profile

You have completed a banking apprenticeship and higher banking or business education, ideally complemented by an SAQ certification. Your several years of professional experience in the Swiss banking business in the Mittelland area (Fribourg – Bern – Solothurn) with a focus on the mortgage sector in commercial business enables you to comprehensively, quickly, and reliably care for and advise our demanding clientele. Analysing balance sheets and income statements as well as recognising potential credit default risks pose no difficulty for you. Additionally, you ideally have good user knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. German is your mother tongue and your French skills complement your profile. Your impeccable manners, confident appearance, neat outward appearance, and committed, independent action complete the profile requirements.
