For our client, an established organisation in the Bern region, we are looking for an HR Consultant 60-100% by arrangement. The focus of this versatile role is organisational development, conceptual work and the further development of existing tools. You will work in a small, professionally diverse team and benefit from a great deal of personal responsibility and scope for creativity. The workplace in Bern is very well accessible by public transport.

Your tasks with the new employer

• You will further develop foundations, concepts and tools in the field of organisational and personnel development and actively contribute your ideas to various working groups
• You will independently coordinate various projects and initiatives, accompany their implementation and thus contribute to the continuous development of the organisation
• You will advise on personnel-related and organisational issues and work closely with various internal and external specialist and stakeholder groups
• Conflict management accounts for around 10% of your role; additionally, depending on your workload, you will take on tasks in employment matters as well as in the review and processing of corresponding dossiers

You offer your new employer

• You have a qualification in Human Resources at HF level and ideally further training in organisational development, change, project or conflict management
• Experience in organisational development, conceptual work or project work enables you to address complex issues in a structured manner and develop practical solutions
• You work reliably, conscientiously and independently, have a high level of resilience and convince through your ability to work professionally with different people and stakeholder groups
• You have very good German skills; French skills are an advantage
