To strengthen our freight forwarding team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed and strong leadership personality as Team Leader Freight Forwarding.

Your tasks

• Professional, personnel and organisational leadership of employees
• Deployment and resource planning including personnel, absences, equipment and capacities
• Organisation and conduct of shopfloor meetings as well as ensuring smooth information flow
• Disposition of goods as well as coordination of freight forwarding, driving orders, special transports and vehicle reservations
• Collaboration and support in the areas of freight forwarding and returns
• Ensuring quality, productivity, occupational safety and compliance with legal and internal requirements
• Support in projects, operational trials and process optimisations as well as coordination of maintenance and servicing work

What you bring

• Completed vocational training, ideally in logistics or transport
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable role
• Valid forklift licence and confident practice in handling industrial trucks
• Good organisational skills as well as an independent and structured way of working
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Resilient and reliable working style, even in hectic situations
• Confident use of the Microsoft Office suite
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
