In January 2026, Senevita Birsgarten will open in Reinach /BL. We offer a total of 88 care places (22 protected units), 52 apartments for assisted living, and a restaurant in an idyllic location with very good public transport connections. We are looking for a motivated and team-oriented personality from December 1, 2025 as

Actively shape our new operation and your team.

You will play a key role in implementing the processes to establish services and quality at the highest level. You can expect a new and modern working environment, as well as the opportunity to sustainably shape and influence your team and the home for our residents.

• Building, recruiting, onboarding, and leading employees
• Building and organizing resident and restaurant service (active participation)
• Host role for our residents, external guests, and staff
• Designing, implementing, and further developing processes in the area
• Significant influence on the working atmosphere as well as the host role and service readiness
• Management and configuration of cash registers/TCPOS
• Management/order of non-food service items and beverages
• Co-designing and implementing offers and events/occasions
• Responsibility for training and supervising apprentices

• Completed training as area/restaurant manager (or equivalent)
• Several years of leadership experience (preferably in the healthcare sector)
• Experience in refined service
• Reliable, calm personality with excellent manners
• Empathy and flair in dealing with elderly people
• German language skills, spoken and written

• New opening in a modern building and work environment with public transport connection
• Extensive work tools (concepts, process instructions, etc.)
• New and modern infrastructure (building, IT, etc.)
• A varied and responsible field of tasks
• An appreciative leadership culture and internal training
