• Team leadership: Management, deployment planning, and work distribution of the Super Puma mechanic team
• Maintenance & Compliance: Ensuring timely, safe, and regulation-compliant maintenance and modification work
• Coordination: Interface management with Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO, Quality, customers, and management
• Process & Performance: Optimising workflows, resource planning, capacity control, and reporting
• Safety & Quality: Promoting an active safety and quality culture within the team
• Development & Capacity: Planning further developments, ratings, and sustainable team and resource strategies

What you bring with you

• Several years of professional experience in helicopter maintenance or continuing airworthiness; project management experience in a technical or flight operations environment is a plus
• Proven leadership experience in a technical or flight operations environment with at least 5 employees, ideally with further training in CAS or Human Factors
• Practical knowledge of EASA Part-145 regulations, EASA Part-66 licence B1/B2 (helicopter), and Type Rating H215 (AS332 Super Puma) is advantageous
• Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Structured, responsible, and safety-oriented working style; personality with high resilience and decisiveness in stressful maintenance situations
• Strong communication and social skills, e.g. successful coordination of interdisciplinary teams

About the department

As a helicopter competence centre and certified service centre of Airbus Helicopters, we service military and civilian helicopters with the highest precision. Our claim: to return helicopters safe, inspected, and ready for operation to our customers after every inspection. Additionally, we efficiently resolve malfunctions – both in our competence centre and directly on site with the customer. Safety, quality, and operational readiness are our top priorities.
