You are the contact person in a small team for questions in the operational HR area and support the entire employee lifecycle – in all matters: from conducting various conversations to administrative tasks. You actively help with the digitalization of our HR department, bring in new ideas, and support projects.

You fit with us if you are interested in the food industry and are familiar with the specifics of a production company, which is an advantage. You feel comfortable in a small team, like to pitch in, and want to improve things. Contact with people from apprentices to retirees and a lively working environment bring you joy. From your own experience, you already know well that your role requires empathy, versatility, resilience, and integrity. SAP and UKG knowledge will make it easier for you to start your daily work.
