Your tasks:

• Independent management of the financial accounting of various foundations
• Preparation of interim and annual financial statements according to Swiss GAAP FER 26
• Bank reconciliations
• Monthly pension runs
• Execution of payment runs (e.g. exits, payment of advance withdrawals for home ownership)
• Monitoring of operational liquidity in cooperation with the investment officers
• Various special tasks in consultation with the supervisor
• Participation in projects

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training and further education in accounting
• In-depth knowledge of occupational pensions
• Knowledge of Abacus and Swiss Pension is an advantage
• Very good Excel skills
• Good knowledge of German
• High service and customer orientation
• High degree of independence and flexibility
• Reliable and responsible working style
