Your tasks

• Registration of stability samples including labelling, also in LIMS
• Issuing test sheets and protocol sheets
• Recording and checking analysis results
• Creating and checking stability tables as well as reports
• Filing and archiving of stability plans/reports and raw data
• Communication with external and internal laboratories
• Sample retrieval and dispatch of samples to external laboratories and customers
• Deadline monitoring (overview)
• Taking over and coordinating administrative tasks within the QCD Projects teams as well as supporting the BD Project Manager with administrative and organisational activities
• Creating and revising raw material specifications and triggering change requests

Our requirements

• Completed vocational training as a chemical laboratory technician or pharmaceutical assistant
• Experience in quality control in a GMP environment is an advantage
• High level of quality awareness
• Structured and precise way of working
• Independence, flexibility, ability to work in a team, strong communication skills
• English skills at B2 level, very good German skills
• Confident handling of MS Office, LIMS and SAP is an advantage
• Enjoyment of cross-departmental activities
