Your tasks - responsible and versatile
You
- competently, empathetically and professionally care for our patients and their relatives in acute situations
- take over triage as well as holistic care in the emergency department
- jointly design the initial care of our acute patients with the medical team
- coordinate further treatment within the interdisciplinary team
- work in a 24/7 shift system – flexibility is a matter of course for you
- ensure professionally sound practical training according to the training concepts of Spital Emmental in cooperation with the Bern Nursing Education Centre
- are responsible for the implementation and transparent documentation of the training process in the emergency centre
- actively participate in the vocational trainer team and help shape the practical training as well as the professional development of certified experts in emergency nursing in training.
Profile
- A completed further education as a certified expert in emergency nursing NDS HF forms the basis for your activity.
- Ideally, you have already completed the vocational trainer course or are willing to attend it.
- With your didactic skills, you specifically address the different learning needs of the students.
- Respect, empathy and appreciative interaction with people are a matter of course for you.
- The well-being and safety of patients are your top priority.
- Teamwork, resilience and a sense of responsibility complete your profile.
