Technical Sales Consultant | Estimator (m/f/d)
Besides a great and motivated team, you can expect interesting and varied tasks such as....
- the sale of the entire service package of Element AG and the technical advice to our customers including architectural and engineering offices
- the acquisition of new construction, renovation and/or refurbishment projects
- the development of construction proposals and tailored solutions; partly in cooperation with our engineers and/or designers
- the entire sales processing including the creation of administrative documents e.g. calculations, offers, order confirmations, documentation for public tenders
- the independent and active follow-up of offers throughout the entire sales process
- the active presence with our customers such as construction companies, engineers, architects, general contractors etc.
- the further development and expansion of customer relationships and the acquisition of new customers
- the planning and implementation of sales activities
You are....
- your professional training in the main construction trade combined with appropriate further training or your education as a civil engineer
- your professional experience; initial experience in precast concrete would be a great advantage
- your flair for negotiations, your joy in customer consulting and your persuasiveness
- your passion also for complex and unusual challenges and your enthusiasm for the fusion of technology and sales
- your ability to set priorities and think in solutions
- your very good oral and written language skills in German
- your knowledge of the MS Office suite, user knowledge of a 3D/BIM planning software would be an advantage
