Your tasks

• Professional and empathetic support of our guests from admission to discharge
• Deputising for the Head of Nursing in professional, personnel, and organisational matters
• Active support of nursing management in day-to-day operations and in the further development of the department
• Participation in staff deployment planning and absence management
• Conducting and documenting preliminary assessments and needs assessments upon admission
• Creation of individual care plans and ensuring nursing processes
• Taking responsibility for the day and active participation in nursing operations across all shifts
• Participation in administrative tasks, training, and quality assurance

Your profile

• Completed training as a certified nurse HF
• Leadership experience in a comparable role
• Experience in home care (Spitex) is an advantage but not a requirement
• Independent, structured, reliable working style with a strong sense of responsibility
• Empathetic, team-oriented personality
• Good MS-365 skills, interest in digitalisation, experience with Nexus is an advantage
