No algorithm can replace what you can do. That is why we consciously invest in stationary, warm boutiques with exclusive labels and in people who live this spirit.

Your Tasks

• Competent and individual advice to our female customers in the area of ladies' ready-to-wear, combined with active sales
• Attractive presentation and care of goods as well as co-design of the sales area
• Planning and implementation of sales campaigns, promotions and events in the own shop
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships; loyal regular customers are clearly our focus

Your Profile

• Completed training in retail, fashion consulting or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in ladies' ready-to-wear or fashion retail
• Sales strength and joy in active selling
• Sense for fashion, style and current trends
• Creativity and joy in designing sales areas and merchandise presentation
• Experience or interest in organising events and sales campaigns
• Strong customer and service orientation to build a loyal customer base
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Well-groomed appearance and confident, warm demeanour
