Hemisphere, Henry Christ, FFC, Marc Cain, Rino & Pelle – does that sound like your comfort zone?
You love dressing people and know exactly which piece makes which silhouette shine?
Then we are looking for you - for a workload of about 40%, on Thursday and Friday afternoons as well as all day Saturday.

We are not looking for a sales assistant who is just there, we are looking for someone who takes the reins, runs our shop with passion and actively attracts customers who become loyal regulars.

We are Duett Boutiques, a family-run business in its second generation, which believes in a simple truth: fashion wants to be felt, tried on and advised with heart.
No algorithm can replace what you can do. That is why we consciously invest in stationary, warm boutiques with exclusive labels and in people who live this spirit.
With us, you are not a number. You bring your own signature, actively shape and take real responsibility for "your" area.

Tasks

• Competent and individual advice to our customers in the area of women’s ready-to-wear, combined with active selling
• Attractive presentation and care of goods as well as co-design of the sales area
• Planning and implementation of sales campaigns, promotions and events in our own shop
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships, as loyal regular customers are clearly our focus

Qualifications

• Completed training in retail, fashion consulting or comparable qualification
• Experience in sales, ideally in women’s ready-to-wear or fashion retail
• Sales strength and joy in active selling
• Sense for fashion, style and current trends
• Creativity and enjoyment in designing sales areas and merchandise presentation
• Experience or interest in organising events and sales campaigns
• Strong customer and service orientation to build a loyal customer base
• Communication skills and ability to work in a team
• Well-groomed appearance and confident, warm manner
