Your Role

As a Sales Advisor, you are an ambassador for Zimmerli of Switzerland. You engage with an international, discerning clientele with style, empathy, and a keen sense of individuality. With your presence and advice, you significantly shape the brand experience as a host.

Your Tasks

• Passionate advice and sales – personal, discreet, and service-oriented
• Building, maintaining, and developing sustainable customer relationships
• Handling goods, product presentation, and decoration according to visual merchandising guidelines
• Operating the cash register and daily POS tasks
• Assisting with the annual inventory
• Ensuring order, care, and brand appearance of the point of sale

Your Profile

• Experience in upscale retail, ideally in the fashion industry
• Strong service and sales orientation with natural communication skills
• Enjoyment in dealing with high-quality products and international clientele
• High affinity for fashion, materials, and quality
• Integrity, social competence, and a confident, well-groomed appearance
• Very good German and English skills, additional languages are a plus
• Flexible availability
• Independent, reliable, and team-oriented working style with high personal responsibility
