The WISS Schools for Business, Computer Science and Real Estate have been supporting people on their educational path for over 40 years – personally, professionally and future-oriented.To strengthen our educational consulting team in Zurich, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for an experienced, strong consulting personality who guides people with clarity, empathy and commitment through important educational decisions. The focus of this role is on basic education (EFZ) as well as advising interested parties and their parents.
Your main tasks
You conduct demanding consultation talks and accompany interested parties from the first contact to contract conclusion.
You build trust, quickly recognize needs and create orientation in complex decision situations (including parent counseling).
You process leads in a structured manner, follow up consistently and ensure binding follow-up.
You plan and moderate information events (especially in the evenings).
You work closely with internal interfaces and are the central contact person in the area of basic education.
You reliably maintain the database and contribute to the further development of consulting processes.
What you bring & how you work
At least 5 years of experience in consulting and/or sales of complex services
Confident, calm demeanor and security in dealing with demanding conversation situations (e.g. with parents)
Empathy, persuasiveness and commitment – you close deals without applying pressure
Structured, reliable working style and consistent follow-up – you do not lose sight of leads
Team-oriented personality with joy in collaboration and exchange
Commercial/business background
Very good German skills; additional languages are an advantage
Experience in the educational environment or good knowledge of the Swiss education system is an advantage
Confident handling of Office/CRM and openness to new technologies (e.g. AI)
