Travel Consultant 30–50%

Working hours: mainly mornings

Your tasks

• Independent support and advice for our customers
• Personal and telephone advice as well as sales of trips
• Planning and booking individual trips, holidays and tours
• Compiling suitable travel offers and preparing quotations
• Supporting customers from the first enquiry to their return
• Processing bookings, rebookings and general customer concerns
• Independent organisation and coordination of the workday
• Administrative tasks and maintenance of customer data
• Responsible management of our location

What you bring

• Experience in the travel industry or a comparable qualification
• Enjoyment in advising, organising and selling
• High degree of independence and strong sense of responsibility
• You enjoy working autonomously and can manage a location independently
• You are used to making decisions independently and completing tasks reliably
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills
• Independent, reliable and careful working style
• Good geographical knowledge and enthusiasm for various travel destinations
• Confident use of common office programmes
• Very good German skills; additional language skills are an advantage

Important: You work independently

This position is particularly suitable for a personality who enjoys working independently. You are alone at our location during your working hours and largely organise your workday independently.

Therefore, we are not looking for a person who constantly needs instructions or support, but someone who thinks ahead, takes responsibility, makes independent decisions and manages the location with commitment and initiative.
