About the job
What you can achieve
- Independent handling of all outstanding accounts receivable as well as invoicing for non-patient business
- Responsible processing of repayments to health insurance companies as well as to patients
- Daily posting of all incoming payments
- Processing of all manual and electronic accounts payable invoices in the workflow – with and without purchase order reference
- Competent and professional support of internal and external customers as well as suppliers
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial basic training
- Additional training as an accounting clerk or equivalent further education advantageous or willingness to complete corresponding further training
- SAP knowledge as well as experience in the area of value added tax advantageous
- Team-oriented personality with a flair for numbers, good communication skills and a conscientious and careful working style
