Together, we are moving into a modern, sustainable new building in Bern, closing five existing locations, and establishing efficient building operations. You will work directly with the operations project management and gain insights into all areas of facility management. We are looking for someone who is curious, wants to take responsibility, and is not afraid to try new things. If you don’t want to just watch for years but want to help shape things from day one, you are right with us.

You support the operations project management and facility management in setting up and commissioning our new ATRYUM site. You will be involved in the following areas, among others:

• You actively shape the operational planning, organisation, and commissioning of our new building

• You coordinate the relocation of five existing sites and ensure everything runs smoothly

• You assist with logistics planning and tenders related to the move

• You build structured FM data and develop a solid data basis for building operations

• You work on digital processes and model-based working methods

• You help establish a modern and digitally supported building operation

• You document and optimise operational and service processes

• You support the development of a future multi-tenant operation

• You network tenants, FM, IT, security, and external service providers and ensure good information flow

• You accompany commissioning, tests, and inspections from planning to implementation

• You are also on site and lend a hand when practical support is needed

• You have a completed degree (FH/HF) or training in facility management, real estate, or a comparable field

• You enjoy digital tools, data management, and modern technologies

• You are interested in AI, Microsoft Copilot, and model-based working methods

• You work in a structured, independent, and reliable manner

• You have the courage to tackle new topics and take responsibility

• You are characterised by a high willingness to learn, flexibility, and pragmatism

• You don’t just think along but actively implement things

• You are willing to pitch in on site, for example during inspections, move preparations, furnishing, commissioning, or site closures

• You enjoy working both conceptually and operationally

• You have very good German skills; French and English skills are an advantage

• You will get to know all facets of facility management and gain comprehensive practical insights

• You actively shape a unique operations and relocation project in Bern

• You work side by side with the operations project management and learn directly from experienced professionals

• You use digital models, data, and AI to help shape the future of building operations

• You become part of a motivated team that supports each other and gladly shares knowledge

• You take on responsibility and actively contribute your ideas

• You build up a portfolio of experience that prepares you optimally for your further career in facility management
