For the School Grüningen, we are looking for a school social worker (55%) starting January 1, 2026, or by agreement. You advise and support students, parents, and teachers in educational and social matters. In crises and conflicts, you conduct interventions in classes. Furthermore, you carry out prevention and project work. You collaborate with the school management, school teams, and specialist agencies.
You bring:
- a diploma from a university of applied sciences in social work
- professional experience in school social work or the CAS school social work with counseling experience at the interface of youth welfare and school
- skills in counseling, prevention, and intervention
- an independent and interdisciplinary way of working
- strong communication skills
- enjoyment in working with children and adolescents in the school environment
