Your main tasks:

• Perform preventive maintenance on all building technology systems in the electrical and HVAC sectors, including appropriate technical documentation
• Conduct regular rounds, inspections, and measurements including reporting
• Troubleshoot malfunctions, fault finding, and repairs 
• Coordinate, accompany, and supervise third-party companies
• Process technical service tickets in the corresponding tool
• Provide on-call service

Your profile:

• Technical training as an electrician EFZ or electrical installer EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in technical building management with a focus on electrical engineering
• Authorization according to NIV15 or willingness and prerequisites to obtain it
• Proficient PC skills (MS Office) and willingness to work with various internal tools 
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form, English skills are an advantage
• High customer and service orientation as well as independence and precise work
• Impeccable reputation (criminal and debt register)
