For the medical technology department, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a committed, service-oriented and technically interested individual who contributes to the smooth operation of our medical technology with organisational talent, initiative and enthusiasm for interdisciplinary collaboration.
Tasks
- You support the medical technology department in all administrative and organisational processes related to the lifecycle of medical technology systems.
- You coordinate service, maintenance and repair appointments with internal departments as well as external service providers.
- You process invoices, orders and requisitions and maintain device documentation in the relevant systems.
- You create and maintain forms, process documentation, protocols and manuals.
- You assist with procurement and inventories.
- You are the contact person for external partners and support the medical technology staff in the administrative day-to-day business.
Profile
- You have completed commercial training with a technical focus.
- You work in a structured manner, think process-oriented and keep an overview even with various tasks.
- You have very good German skills as well as good English skills.
- You have very good MS Office skills and quickly familiarise yourself with new systems.
- Ideally, you have experience in a technical environment – knowledge of the hospital sector is a plus.
- You are service-oriented, communicative and enjoy working with different stakeholders.
