- You are responsible for the documentation and evaluation of various reports, e.g. CIRS, feedback management, suggestion schemes, and surveys
- You are challenged anew every day and skillfully manage processes at different levels
- You organize and accompany quality measurements and surveys of our external as well as internal stakeholders
- You participate in projects, working groups, and the evaluation of innovations
- You contribute to process design and presentation in the Strategy, Quality, and Development staff unit
