About the job
The Police Inspectorate undertakes the diverse tasks in the area of municipal police duties. Among other things, the administrative processing, coordination and approval of various received applications as well as other tasks in the area of local police are ensured.
We are looking for a committed individual from 1 November 2026 or by arrangement. Of the total 70 %, 20 % are limited until 31 August 2029, with the option of extension.
Your tasks:
- Coordination and administrative processing of applications (e.g. for events on public grounds and in the hospitality sector)
- Preparation of memos and minutes
- Organisation of meetings and inspections
- Invoicing of debtor invoices related to the events
- Clerical work in the area of parking permit administration, regulatory fines and dog taxes
- Telephone and written information as well as customer reception at the counter for the entire service branch
You bring with you:
- Commercial basic training (EFZ) or comparable education
- Fluency in written communication as well as good oral and written expression in German
- A healthy degree of assertiveness and resilience due to the high external impact
- Enjoyment in communicating with various stakeholders, even in difficult situations
- Precise and independent working style
- Good IT user skills
- Administrative knowledge desired
