With our motivated team of around 60 employees, it is our task to put the architects' designs and the clients' wishes into practice. At our 3 locations in Rapperswil, Zurich and St. Gallen, exciting construction projects are always waiting for us, which we are able to realise with renowned architects and clients.

To strengthen our team at one of our locations, we are looking for a motivated individual as Quantity Surveyor (M/F/D) 80-100%.

YOUR TASKS

• Preparation of tenders according to NPK (conventional, general contractor, specialised contractor)
• Clarification of technical details
• Preparation of preliminary quantities and quantity determinations
• Communication in direct contact with project/management

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed training as a draughtsperson EFZ specialising in architecture, technician HF or site manager
• System knowledge in MS Office and preferably in MesserliBAUAD
• Initiative, good appearance and communicative personality
• Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
