Reservation Manager (m/f/d)

The Hotel Eden Roc is located directly on the shore of Lake Maggiore and belongs as a 5-star superior luxury hotel to the "Swiss Deluxe Hotels" and the "Leading Hotels of the World". As one of the four houses of "The Tschuggen Collection," it has been awarded several times as the best holiday hotel in Switzerland. The hotel has 95 luxurious guest rooms and suites, four restaurants, including the gourmet highlight La Brezza with 19 Gault Millau points & two Michelin stars, as well as the 2000 m² Eden Roc Spa. The extensive garden with a private bathing beach, panoramic boat dock, and marina is complemented by a versatile water sports offer, a water ski and sailing school, as well as boat rentals.

Experience in the same or a comparable position

German and English required, any additional language is an advantage

Strong service mindset, organizational talent

Friendly demeanor, politeness towards guests

Well-groomed appearance

📄 YOUR TASKS

Receiving and processing all reservations by phone, email, post

Input, monitoring & control of the various online booking portals & hotel’s own WBE

Monitoring option dates and deposit management, creating forecasts

Management and ongoing updating of guest history in Protel

Support and deputy for the revenue managers

First contact person for travel agencies (contracts and conditions)

Hotel tours and support of the front of house team in guest care

Training of new reservation staff
