For our Financial Services team in Zurich, we are seeking by arrangement a highly qualified, committed and service-oriented individual who wishes to develop both professionally and personally and to contribute their excellence in a demanding environment.

Solicitor / Lawyer Financial Services

Your area of responsibility:

You advise and support Swiss and international banks, insurance companies, other financial service providers as well as companies and institutional and private investors in a wide range of demanding mandates. Your area of activity includes in particular:

• Financing, capital markets, regulatory and corporate law issues, including bond issuances and regulatory matters
• Active participation in complex transactions
• Close and interdisciplinary collaboration with colleagues from the Corporate/M&A and Tax departments

Your profile:

You have an above-average academic record and are characterised by a high level of commitment and intellectual curiosity. In addition, you bring:

• Ideally, initial professional experience in the field of Financial Services
• Strong analytical skills, structured thinking and a solution-oriented working style
• Team spirit, loyalty and a strong sense of responsibility
• Very good English skills, both spoken and written
