• Conducting controlling for investment projects
• Responsibility for sub-processes in investment/divestment controlling (management of project files / commissioning / construction billing)
• Preparation of data bases (monthly statistics) for management meetings - Administrative management of the construction accounting software Messerli as superuser, participation in reporting for financial statements, budgeting and various projects
• Management of correction objects for input tax adjustment using SAP RE-FX

• We are looking for an experienced individual, re-entrants are also warmly welcome with a completed commercial basic education
• Sound and long-standing professional experience in the administrative field as well as a strong affinity for numbers and enjoyment in working with data
• Confident handling of SAP and Excel
