🚀 Your tasks

• You support our workshop manager in organising and coordinating the daily workshop operations
• In his absence, you take on the deputy role
• You coordinate ongoing orders, employees, and resources
• You help ensure that quality, deadlines, and efficiency are met
• You actively participate in our locksmith workshop operations
• You closely coordinate with project management, installation, and other internal departments
• You contribute when processes can be improved or simplified
• You support and accompany employees in daily business

🧰 What you bring

• You have a technical or craft-based basic education, ideally in metal construction, plant and apparatus construction, or a comparable field
• You bring practical experience from a workshop or production environment
• You want to take responsibility and contribute in a deputy function
• Initial leadership experience is an advantage but not a must
• You work reliably, in a structured and solution-oriented manner
• Quality and clean work are important to you
• You pitch in yourself and keep an overview even when several things are happening simultaneously
• You are team-oriented, straightforward, and communicate clearly
