Your main tasks are
- Care and support of residents according to the care process
- Occasionally instructing new care staff and trainees
- Performing simple preventive, diagnostic and therapeutic measures
- Carrying out delegated measures in the areas of health promotion and rehabilitation according to instructions
- Shaping everyday life taking into account the individual needs of the residents
You have
- Training as Assistant in Health and Social Care EBA or SRK Nursing Assistant
- Enjoyment of working in the long-term care sector
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Neat appearance and good manners
- Appreciative attitude and a strong understanding of older people
