Portrait of the School/Institution
At the Münchenbuchsee school, around 1200 children and young people are taught in 12 kindergarten classes, 32 primary classes, 14 secondary level classes, 2 KbFs and one IKDaZ. The school's educational offer is complemented by a day school and school social work.

Tasks
You are optimistic and convinced that support enables development and opens up opportunities.
You see possibilities, recognize developmental steps and trust children. You take action, support, observe, advise, motivate and contribute ideas on how learning can succeed. With this perspective, you reliably and resource-oriented accompany children of various learning and age levels.
You have charisma, presence and a natural approach to children. You succeed in rhythmically leading a group throughout the morning, providing structure. You create a learning-promoting atmosphere in which relationship, clarity and commitment are a matter of course.
You teach four lessons each morning from Tuesday to Friday in the learning studio – an independent learning space within the schoolhouse. There you accompany children individually or in small groups in close coordination with the class teachers as well as the MR teachers. The collaboration is binding, solution-oriented and characterized by shared educational thinking.
You integrate into the committed and motivated team, work together, but also enjoy sitting comfortably with the team in the teachers' lounge.
Requirements
You think in a special education and support-oriented way.
You are a trained teacher or even a trained special education teacher or willing to further train in this direction.
You understand learning to learn, the didactic basics and fundamentals of mathematics and language.
You enjoy exchanging ideas within the MR team.

- if desired, the workload can possibly be combined with further IF lessons in another schoolhouse.
