Your Tasks

During your training at SPAR, we offer you a varied and exciting education in retail. You will manage all departments in the store, present the products, and operate the cash register. With the acquired expertise from the external and internal courses, you will be able to meet the wishes and expectations of our customers to their full satisfaction.

Your Profile

General Requirements:

• well-groomed appearance and good manners
• team player, reliable, and resilient
• enjoy contact with people
• flair for management and sales

Educational Requirements:

• completed compulsory schooling
• good school performance
• foreign language skills (E / F)

If you enjoy working with food and are ready to delight our customers every day, then this is the right profession for you! If your school performance in certain subjects does not meet the requirements for an EFZ apprenticeship, we will check the possibility of whether you can complete the two-year training as a  Retail Assistant EBA .
