Permanent Night Watch in Long-Term Care
(Re-entrants are welcome)
Your Tasks
- Care and support of our residents during the night shift
- Administrative support with the electronic care documentation CareCoach
- Compliance with order and hygiene regulations within the department
- Taking on domestic tasks directly related to care
Your Profile
- Training or further education in care (AGS, care assistant or SRK course for care helpers)
- Professional experience and interest in long-term care
- Respectful and service-oriented interaction with our residents
- Initiative, motivated and open-minded personality with empathy
- High resilience and organisational skills
- Flexibility for cross-location assignments if required
