We are looking immediately for a Senior Account Manager - Enterprise for the sales area DE North and Northeast.
Your tasks
Monitoring roles in the account team, ensuring effective execution of tasks by team members.
Developing and implementing the sales strategy within the assigned accounts and the assigned sales territory.
Creating strategic account plans in collaboration with the team and full responsibility for implementing the measures.
Achieving assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic goals in the assigned accounts.
Expanding and maintaining the existing customer portfolio as well as qualifying new leads to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales.
Developing strategies to penetrate key customers and competitive accounts and providing market feedback to the company.
Maintaining highly effective and trusting working relationships with customers through proactive strategic account reviews and managing communication between customers and internal project teams.
Informing customers about new products and services upon their introduction and recommending suitable solutions for the customers' business requirements.
Your profile
Prioritizing customer needs and effective relationship management with stakeholders. Ensuring customer satisfaction through proactive communication, understanding requirements, and aligning solutions to these needs.
Understanding and knowledge in the field of wireless communication and alarm management solutions. Ability to address industry-specific challenges and opportunities.
Ability to collaborate and build sustainable, effective relationships combined with strong customer service and social skills.
Strong analytical and organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Oral and written communication skills for persuasive presentation of product ideas and motivating others.
Ability to self-organize and prioritize within a team, effective time management and task prioritization to achieve team goals.
Ability to effectively use Microsoft cloud-based applications and services, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
Understanding the structure and processes of a CRM system, ability to manage accounts, opportunities, contacts, and customer data as well as to use reports and dashboards.
