Together with our client, an established service company, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a Financial Controller 80–100%. Your area of responsibility with the new employer

• You analyse relevant financial and company key figures and thus create meaningful decision-making bases for management
• You coordinate the budgeting process in collaboration with the various departments and consolidate the financial planning at the overall organisation level
• You are responsible for the internal control system (ICS), assess financial and operational risks, and define appropriate measures to reduce them
• You conduct internal audits and contribute to the preparation of interim and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards

Your advantages for the new employer

• You have a commercial or business administration basic education and have further specialised in controlling, for example at HF level, university, or with a federal professional certificate
• You bring several years of professional experience in controlling and ideally have sound knowledge in financial statement preparation according to OR and Swiss GAAP FER
• You communicate confidently in German; additional language skills in English and French are an advantage, and you are proficient in using BI tools
• You convince with an analytical and responsible working style as well as initiative
