CORE Treuhand AG - a company of CORE Partner AG - is a competent and renowned trust and consulting firm with locations in Bern, Düdingen and Fribourg. With around 90 employees, we offer our clients comprehensive services in the areas of trust, auditing, taxes, pension, business and legal advice as well as digital transformation and Abacus solutions. As an Abacus Classic Partner with our own ERP team, we work digitally and paperless.

To strengthen our team in Bern at Eigerstrasse 60, we are looking for a Trust Officer 80-100% to start immediately or by arrangement.

What to expect:

• A manageable team of around 15 people with helpful and competent employees
• Working in a collegial and appreciative environment (no open-plan offices)
• Annual working hours with flexible work arrangements. Overtime can be compensated.

• Digital, paperless work with Abacus, SharePoint and MS Teams
• Internal Abacus training by our own ERP team as well as specialist training by experts within the company
• Promotion of industry-specific education and further training

Your tasks:

• Assisting in the management of trust mandates for SMEs from various industries, with the prospect of later taking on your own mandates
• Assisting with interim and annual financial statements, including VAT returns
• Managing payroll accounting including social security accounting (if desired)
• Preparing tax returns for individuals and legal entities
  

Your profile:

• Completed commercial basic training
• Several years of professional experience in the trust sector an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact
• IT affinity and forward-looking mindset, Abacus knowledge an advantage
• Outgoing personality with a desire to develop further
