• Performing professional service in compliance with quality standards
• You should also have initial experience with guest relations and complaint management
• Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing if the competence has been granted
• Creative input in everyday processes and optimization of workflows.
• Ensuring and complying with house-specific and legal hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Training and further education

• Successfully completed vocational training as a restaurant specialist or with completed hotel management training
• Initial experience in upscale gastronomy or hotel industry
• Friendly, professional, and open demeanor
• Secure German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
• You are flexible, creative, and team-oriented
• Structured working method and attention to detail
