About the job
Gass 17 is a modern grill restaurant right in the centre, directly by the historic town hall.
Since March 2012, we have been delighting our guests with regional products, selected wines, and an honest, high-quality cuisine.
Our establishment is not ordinary: we work with an open grill, wood stove, and wood oven. This creates a special cuisine with a lot of craftsmanship, fire, flavour, and a direct connection to the product.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Cook 50 - 80%.
Your tasks
You work at various stations in our kitchen and support the team in daily business. Your tasks include, among others:- Mise en place and preparation for service
- Preparation of our dishes on the grill, wood stove, and wood oven
- Working with regional and seasonal products
- Clean, structured, and quality-conscious work
- Assisting in the further development of our kitchen and processes
- Adhering to hygiene and quality standards
What you bring
You are a trained cook and enjoy an honest, artisanal cuisine. You like working in a team, are reliable, and keep a cool head even during service.We wish for:
- Completed vocational training as a cook
- Experience in à la carte cuisine is an advantage
- Team spirit, flexibility, and reliability
- Clean and independent working style
