YOUR TASKS

In this satellite role,

you act as the link between the technical department and the internal sales department;
you enter execution plans and assign the necessary products, you prepare quotes and enter them into our ERP system;
in addition, you advise our customers by phone and email and process incoming orders.

YOUR PROFILE

As a committed, reliable and motivated person,

you ideally have a basic technical training in the construction field or as a technical draftsman and additional training in the commercial field/solid experience in administration/sales;
or you have basic commercial training with solid technical knowledge.
Besides fluent French, you ideally master German in order to regularly communicate with colleagues from German-speaking Switzerland.
A sales and customer-oriented approach, willingness to commit and learn as well as good IT skills complete your profile.
