For our Zurich region, the unit «New Construction D-CH» within the division «Buildings», we are looking for you as our new Project Manager Acquisition / Market Development (m/f/d). Your workplace will be our headquarters «Connect» in Opfikon .
In this exciting role, you will take on the strategic and operational management of individual offer projects in the total and general contracting area. The following tasks await you:
What you will drive
- You lead acquisition projects (TU/GU, GLW, Design Build) strategically and operationally
- You develop decision bases for the selection and approval of offer projects
- You prepare business plans and offer strategies
- You analyze and optimize planning bases to achieve targets
- You lead interdisciplinary offer teams and manage the entire acquisition process
- You select planners, specialists, contractors, and other partners and lead them in the sense of integrated project execution
- You create and present convincing offers
Why you will succeed
- Several years of experience in a comparable role in the TU/GU business
- Completed training or studies in construction or real estate
- Very good market knowledge in the greater Zurich area
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking and strategic action
- Excellent German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage.
