SYNDICATE LAWYER LEGAL COUNSEL (m/f/d) 100%

These are your tasks

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts of varying complexity, e.g. purchase, joint venture, IT, teaming, manufacturing and development contracts as well as licence agreements
• Practical in-house legal advice for various departments
• Legal advice on the establishment and management of companies at home and abroad
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

What you bring with you

• Lawyer with university degree (MLaw or equivalent), admission as a lawyer preferred
• Professional experience in a legal department or a commercial law firm
• Experience in national and international contract law as well as commercial and corporate law
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills, negotiation skills as well as excellent written and oral communication skills
• Fluent German and English skills; additional language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to travel (10%) mainly between GDELS business locations
