Are you interested in a varied role involving the commercial and technical management of properties? Then you are exactly right with us.
- Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks in the area of commercial and technical property management
- Active participation in vacancy management by attending viewings of apartments and ancillary units with potential tenants as part of re-letting
- Responsible for preparing tenancy agreements for apartments and ancillary units, including the associated annexes and addenda
- Support with the handover of apartments and ancillary units, partly conducting these processes independently
- Preparation of final statements for tenants
- Participation in debtor and creditor management in the real estate sector
- Maintaining written and verbal communication with tenants, craftsmen, suppliers, authorities, and caretakers
Requirements
- Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable training in the real estate sector
- Industry knowledge is essential
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Good IT application skills, especially MS Office; experience with GREM
- Organisational talent and exemplary manners
- Possession of a valid driving licence is required
