Key Client Manager (all genders) 

This is you:

• You acquire and develop key accounts such as DSOs, partner laboratories, universities and regional opinion leaders
• You help develop the key client strategy and coordinate all activities around your customer segment
• You conduct annual meetings and negotiate customer-specific agreements
• You analyse sales and margin and coordinate speaker activities, congresses and events around your customer segment

This is what you bring:

• You have completed dental, commercial or business management training
• Ideally, you have 2-3 years of professional experience in the dental market and possess a broad network
• You know the Swiss dental market and its customer groups
• You are confident in using MS Office and CRM (ideally Salesforce)
• You negotiate confidently and think entrepreneurially
• You are articulate, customer-oriented and flexible
• Very good German and English skills are required; French skills are a plus
