Areas of Activity

• You ensure vehicle reception and flawless vehicle handover and act as an important link between the customer and the company
• You coordinate appointments, record and organise orders and quotations and settle them accordingly
• You support colleagues in the bodywork and towing service areas
• Clarify warranty claims with the manufacturer or insurance
• General administrative tasks

What We Expect

• You have completed training in the automotive industry
• Training as a customer service advisor or commercial further education is an advantage
• You possess strong communication skills and negotiation ability
• You enjoy working in a family-run SME and appreciate direct customer contact
• You recognise the needs of the customer and can engage with them
• You are flexible, independent and responsible
• You have a neat appearance and impeccable manners
• Ideal age between 28 and 50 years
• Good IT skills (Windows Word, Excel and Outlook, BME an advantage)
